Three Brooks Design was founded By Elizabeth “Libby” Jessep.  She earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College (Hartford, CT), but has always wanted to find a way to combine her technical knowledge with her creative strengths. Three Brooks Design was birthed from this desire to build homes from the ground up.

Three Brooks is named after a house bought in the early 1960s by Libby’s grandparents.  The house grew into a home for them and all 7 of their children, and later a place for generations to gather.
